Gentex Air Solutions - Logo Redesign

Company name - Gentex Air Solutions
We sell industrial air compressors (example: ELGi Air Compressor)
We have been in business for 3 years and with our growth we'd like to see a new fresh take on our logo.
We're local to Texas and ideally, we'd like to see a logo with the state of Texas somehow incorporated, but we definitely want something different from our current logo, also would be intrigued to see a logo with another representation of Texas. We've found it difficult to use our logo on certain mediums with the whole company name being inside of the shape. So with the new logo we'd want an image & then our company name separate outside of that image.
Also with our current logo we weren't provided multiple variations. Going forward with a new logo we'd like to have several options, like on a hat, it might not be feasible to fit the entire logo, maybe we could just use the image minus the company name.
Current color scheme: Blue/Red/White/Black
