We need a logo re-design as we have broadened our expertise.

Our focus is on organisational performance and high-performance teams.

Looking at people, processes and technology. People can’t work optimally without the right processes and technology; nor can technology be used optimally without people knowing the systems and processes to enable insight and performance. This allows us to work alongside the team, understanding the organisation, sharing knowledge with the team and enabling them to successfully pivot the company. This leads to sustained change and a team with the capability to handle future change.
Included in this is Leadership and performance coaching.

We value a growth mindset, specifically peoples ability to be open to change and innovation.

We would like to see designs that use the colour green.
