"We Buy Delaware" Logo - Design Ideas/Strong Needs: State of Delaware/house/cash

We've started a company, "We Buy Delaware" - essentially where we will buy your house in the state of Delaware, stress free. I think a house/state of Delaware, money, anything like that. I would not use a giant, luxurious house illustration or icon, it would usually be a modest home. Delaware State colors are Blue and Yellow. The logo I attached is our logo for our Real Estate firm, "The Delaware Group". This is a completely seperate company, but pulling from one of those blues and that yellow/or to help so you can see a Delaware visual is great. I would steer of the stripes though in this logo, but I included this as a visual. We like the font direction of "The Delaware Group", but we are also open to something clean, sleak and modern for "We Buy Delaware" - if it helps, like a Gill Sans/Century Gothic type font.
