Logo for coffee bean (& tea) new e commerce store

Create a logo for a new ecommerce store selling mainly coffee beans , but will be teas as well. Bold and modern, some big competitors in the autsralian coffe market are rumble coffee, thieves coffee and blackboard coffee. Logo does not need to be complicated as can bring design into coffee bags and blend labels. logo to be minimalistic and punchy. maybe just a funky zzzzz, with an option of then the words beside it? so the elements can be used together or seperately. I do like how the picture below is a simple 'thieves' when their brand name is actually three thousand thieves....could something similar work with Snooze? or a really small don't hit and the bold snooze or vice versa?
