Updated Logo for Navy Shipyard

I would like to update the current 'current.jpeg' for a contest we are having. I'll be uploading some components to incorporate.
-I'd like to have 'coin.jpg' as a template with the mountain on top and the 'shipyard.png' on the bottom.
-Take We Make IT Happen from 'current.jpeg'
-Incorporate wireless tablets icons/pictures
-add rope around circle as in 'OceanEngineering.jpeg'

From our requirements:
-Have "PSNS & IMF" on it
-Contain the words "IT & CS Office" or "IT & Cyber Security Office", or "Information Technology & Cyber Security Office" on it
-Include our code “109” somewhere (ex. C109, Code 109, c/109)
-Have some connection to the work we do to support submarine and/or CVN maintenance. Utilize a CVN and a Submarine on it.
-They can be outlines, silhouettes, pictures, or drawings. It doesn’t need to be the whole CVN or Sub. Leer más
