Looking for a Skilled Designer to Craft a Meaningful/Professional Logo

We're seeking a graphic designer to develop an icon that resonates with our insurance background or reflects our company’s heritage, without falling into common clichés. We suggest a Joshua tree to symbolize our Nevada origins, representing resilience. However, we're very open to various icon ideas that creatively capture our essence and values, inviting a range of designs that can uniquely represent us.
