Event management company needs a logo design

We need a logo design for a new event management company based in Ballarat, Australia, called 'Hullabaloo Events'. Due to there being a company with a similar name in the UK, the logo can include the presence of 'Ballarat' somewhere as well, but isn't a must have.
The company will curate and run ticketed events that focus on food and beverage experiences, with an emphasis on first nations food experiences and beer experiences.
The design needs to be something that is eye catching and uses bold colours. It can be text only, or incorporate a fun image element to the logo. The main criteria is that it is catchy, draws the viewer in, and appears to be fun and entertaining.
