Restaurant Logo for Athletic Club

I will actually need several concept designs. We will have a separate food and beverage space at each on of our locations. The name of our restaurant will be Stats by TAC. We will have a Stats Smokehouse by TAC, Stats Grill by TAC, and a Stats Cantina by TAC. I would like to find a partner that can help design all of them. The first one will be Stats Smokehouse. I would like for it to feel Athletic in nature but adding a smoke design to it. Or something similar to that. The Grill one will have a flame to it and the Cantina one will have a candy skull.
