Food business needs a rebranded logo design. Gold crown is important to brand

I need a rebrand of current business. I'm in the food industry and previous logo is included (Tony Nelson's King of Philly Cheese Steaks). I specialized in Philly Cheese Steaks but have pivoted to catering and am currently launching a meal prep business. Will still do Philly cheese steaks on Fridays only, calling that day Philly Friday's. The name Tony Nelson is very well know in the area. Would like to keep crown incorporated in design. I am branding my name "Tony Nelson" and want this logo to translate into any new business I start. People know the name and I want them to associate the name with excellence. Also, attached is new logo for catering and meal prep business (The Kitchen). I want new logo to set itself apart from catering and meal prep logo. Please see Kellogg's cereal brand.
