Simcas Composites New Logo

Esto es lo que Simcas Composites buscaba en su logo design

I have an old logo (interesting but has issues) and a new logo (modern and clean with no issues, but without the old character), and I would like a designer to take the best of both and create a new one that looks a lot like the old one but without the issues it had.
