Arctic Sun Private Investigations

We need a logo for a private investigation company. The owner is from Alaska and is retired law enforcement. He would like to feature the arctic sun which is a dark orange. We would like to see dark orange in the sun graphic and maybe an electric blue lettering. He would like to potentially integrate the arctic sun and snowflakes. We will include his basic idea below.
