Existing construction company needs a fresh simple logo redesign

We are looking to update our logo icon and name. We need to keep with the existing theme of an "L R" in the icon which can be more abstract as well. The logo needs to also have the name "Lucas Richard Contracting". We want to stick in the green background colour theme.
