Logo design for real estate business

Esto es lo que LT Homes buscaba en su logo design

I need a logo design for a new company based in the western suburbs of Chicago called LT Homes. We help people buy, sell and rent homes that are in the Lyons Township school district.

It should be simple, minimalistic design that conveys professionalism and luxury without being overly complicated.

We are not affiliated with the school district so I don't want to use the lion, but could be open to a design that incorporates a lion in some subtle way. Would like to leverage same / similar colors of navy blue and gold as in attached school logo. Maybe some block lettering style similar to the way they have on school clothing as in attached letters_shirt.

Also could picture some type of house logo with the "LT" within it somehow?
