Sophisticated Artistic Design for Boat Name

I need a boat logo design in silver tones. The symbol should be a phoenix with some celestial elements. The phoenix can be more abstract rather than overly obvious. The symbol can be next to the name, through the name, or in place of the & symbol. It cannot be above the name because it will be placed on the side of the boat horizontally at the rear transom. I have included an image of the boat for reference. I have provided some ideas for inspiration and I'm open to interpretations. The aesthetic should be classy.
