develop a logo for the new Rise Up Health Plan

Doesn't have to be "simple" but nothing too complicated. Something that is memorable and looks good on a shirt or letterhead.
If possible, something that represents towns/communities is good. A sunrise could also be cool, but not required. I don't want to limit creativity.

We are creating a new health plan for employers to offer their employees.
It is a health plan that is community based.
It is a health plan that offers affordability, quality care, and accessible care.
The care will be offered by doctors who have left the bureaucratic and unaffordable hospitals and started their own clinics, surgery centers, etc.
The name "rise up" also relates to a healthcare "movement" that is spreading across America to make healthcare more "local" and "personable" again - more community based. We want patients to rise up above the status quo.

This "movement" takes out all the greedy middlemen to make these things possible.
