Classic Boxing Gym Club & Academy

Esto es lo que Classic Boxing Gym Club & Acadamy buscaba en su logo design

Need a logo for a boxing gym. The logo should contain the words "Classic Boxing Gym Club and (or &) Academy". I am inclined to two versions one with a dark yellow background and a combination of Black and Red letters and another version with more or less american style collours but it should not be that obvious to recognize the US pattern (no stars and stripes). The attachments contain some hints. The word boxing should gave the form like in png "Boxing Letter". Also the number ESTD. 1976 should be included.
