Logo Contest - Catalyst Counsel

I need a wordmark type logo designed for a fractional general counsel company (legal services) called Catalyst Counsel that is minimalistic and contemporary. I like the color combination of a bright orange and navy blue. I also like the use of negative space. I can envision emphasizing the word Catalyst to signify change related to companies changing the way they go about utilizing legal services. Here is the brand guide for a logo for another company of mine (Verdict Solutions) that I particularly like because it has a clever use of the "V" and "S" that could be used as a standalone as well as being used in conjunction with the name of the company.
