Western Cattle Branding Symbol Style Logo for Men's Ministry

We are wanting a logo for https://theentrustnetwork.com

We'd like the design to look a bit like a cattle branding symbol to bring in the cowboy flavor. See the attached images that show some concept ideas. Since "The Entrust Network" has the initials "T.E.N." it might be nice to incorporate those letters into the emblem.

Another design element that may be nice to incorporate are a subtle arrow or slanted text to denote movement and forward/upward progress.

Another thing to note, is we are a ministry that works with men to counsel and mentor them. We are a Christian ministry, however we'd like to STAY AWAY from using religious icons such as the cross. When people look at the logo, we want people to get the sense of a professional western style brand. A modern tone with classic/traditional appeal.
