Logo needed for a Swiss physiotherapy and Pilates practice

We are looking for a professional and modern logo design for our physiotherapy studio in Switzerland, called "Neumarkt Physiotherapie". The logo must include the full name in German:

Neumarkt Physiotherapie
Craniosacral-Therapie und Pilates

We tried out a draft logo with yellow dots forming a spine-like shape. We liked its fresh and abstract look and would like to keep that direction. Yellow should remain part of the design, as it conveys warmth and energy. The beige background from the old draft is not needed. The overall style should feel clear, friendly and trustworthy.

The three focus areas – physiotherapy, craniosacral therapy and Pilates – should be recognisable in the logo. However, it does not have to say "und" (and); other visual or typographic ways of representing the three areas are welcome.
You may also use the short form "Cranio" instead of the full word if it fits better into the design.
