We need a Logo for our Engineering Department from a Big Mining company. Our department provide support to our Coal operation (5 mine site, Port and Infrastructure.
Our purpose is: Engineer with Care. Dare to Innovate Sustain for tomorrow.

We have a team based in the office (Technical skills) and operational teams.

Eah Manager have their own pupose/Logo so we need something that show connection, Innovation, Immprovement.
Please use bright colours to make it engaging.

2 Ideas:
1) Engine that in the top part represent Technical KNowledge and the bottom half represent Projects.
2) Beam of steel and add some concepts to represent ENgineering Technical Mastery and Projects
