Logo design for sustainability consulting and technology company

Esto es lo que Updraft Energy buscaba en su logo design

We need a logo for a new sustainability consulting firm "Updraft Energy"

Our company gets clients mostly from word-of-mouth, so we're open to a more fun, interesting design (doesn't need to be cold/corporate/overly minimalist).

The term updraft comes from migratory birds flying in a V-formation expending less energy due to updrafts from birds in front. We'd like the design to incorporate this concept--there are a couple of potential ways to do so:
1. Logo of 2-4 birds (cranes, pelicans, or geese) flying that incorporates transparency and color gradients to invoke movement
2. Logo of V-formation with either abstract shapes or icons that illustrate birds
