We need a logo for our new Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management company based in Northwest Florida. The company name is Proventus Property Group. Proventus, which comes from Latin and means “Growth” or “Increase.”

Design Direction:

Please avoid using houses, buildings, or typical real estate imagery.

We’d like the logo to be text-driven, focusing on the word Proventus itself.

One idea we like is making a single letter from “Proventus” work as a stand-alone mark (icon) that can also be incorporated back into the full wordmark.

We ideally feel that the V, O, or P are the most ideal letters for this.

The design should be bold, clean, and modern, while also reflecting a luxury real estate feel.

Color Preferences:
We are open to different palettes, but the logo must feel strong, refined, and premium.

Ideally, it should work well in both color and black & white backgrounds.
