Next-Gen Buildings new logo design

Esto es lo que NEXT-GEN BUILDINGS buscaba en su logo design

We're looking to redo our logo. It needs to be eyecatching and professional. Need to be able to print it on black and maroon shirts, needs to work for a vehicle wrap etc. Would like to stay with black, dark red, and gray colors if possible but open to other colors.
