Shearwater Logo/Font Redesign

We are looking to recreate the "Shearwater" part of our logo. We need to keep "a Bay Point Company" on for now, but have it in a place where we can eventually take it out.

We want Shearwater to be its own look. You should not be able to download a font and type Shearwater and there is our logo.

Open to a new look, but the actual need it to redesign the word "Shearwater".
