Residential construction projects bid website

Need a logo design for a new website that we want to start. Website will include residential projects that homeowners post and contractors can bid on. The website is currently under construction.

I have attached a couple images that i have come up with. Just a thought. You don't need to follow my designs. See what you can come up with. Surprise me. I will consider all designs that catch my eye right away.

Logo text can also be without the .com and any combination of text size you want. Capitals or not. All up to the designer.

Pretty set on not having it too colorful. I would say two colors max.
