OsiriX HD - Logo/icon for Radiology iOS App

Esto es lo que Pixmeo SARL buscaba en su logo design

OsiriX HD is an iOS app for viewing radiology images. (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/osirix-hd/id419227089?mt=8)

OsiriX (without "HD") is a Mac OS X application (http://www.osirix-viewer.com) and is our main product.

We want "OsiriX HD" icon to be derived from "OsiriX" logo (see uploaded file) and we don't want to change "OsiriX" logo. We want the user to feel that both apps are in the same family and that the iOS app is the "small brother" of the other.

The examples we would like to follow are Apple's apps "iPhoto", "iMovie", etc (see uploaded file)

The produced icon file should be in vectorial format.
