Property Development Company needs a logo

Hi we need a logo for our company; we are currently based in Johannesburg South Africa. The company’s name is ATSTAR, we are young property developers that will mainly specialize in the renovation and redevelopment of the inner-city, providing student and affordable accommodation.
We would like a “crisp” “Fresh” “clear” feel to the design that would communicate stability, whilst keeping the logo youthful, energetic and bursting with excitement.
The colors, on the attached color wheel made us feel happy – would be awesome if you used this as a guide to what we like
