Note One Properties LLC is a new private equity fund that buys distressed real estate assets and nonperforming loans from banks, hedge funds, and servicing companies in metro markets across the US. We buy these properties and distressed mortgage notes at a discount and proceed to sell them off to various buyers in their respective metro markets that will fix them up and resell them or hold them as rental properties.

I would like a fairly simple and professional looking design; one that will really exemplify the mission of Note One. I have attached the logos of two entities which have a characteristic "1" in their designs, which I would like to maybe see something like this incorporated into the Note One logo. However, these attachments are just a reference as to something that comes to my mind that I might be interested in as far as a design goes.
