Logo Design Project for Bay Avenue Partners

I have recently started an innovation consulting company called "Bay Avenue Partners." It is focused on designing and developing products and providing consulting in the consumer packaged good industry- dietary supplements, healthy food and beverages and natural health products. The company will primarily be servicing clients in the SF Bay Area/Silicon Valley and NJ/NYC (East Coast USA).

I am looking for a design that is fresh and connotates health and wellness (major clients in this field) in its colors, and shows some of our important differentiating factors as a consultancy in the logo design: creativity and collaboration, partnering, adaptability and being nimble. We want to be perceived as health partners, and not be too intimidating.
