A home bakery business specializing in Italian, vegan and gluten-free desserts

I have started a home bakery business that I intend to grow into a full service bakery/café. I need a logo design that can work both large and small: I'll need it for business cards, packaging, banners and the web, and eventually a storefront.

The name of my company is Dolci, located in the Seattle area. As the name suggests, my specialty is Italian desserts, but will include other favorites as well. It is 100% vegetarian with vegan and gluten-free selections. No plain old cupcakes, scones or muffins here! :) My menu is more like that of a pasticceria: cannoli, torrone, macarons, sfogliatelle, princesstarta, profiteroles, cassata.

I am looking for something bright, happy, friendly, modern and sharp. No grays, browns, or pastels. I tend to like icons + text, and something that uses several colors in a palette, or is a single color that can be duplicated in several colors. Capitalization is optional. I've added some images that have caught my eye.
