Starting a Sports Medicine/Physiotherapy clinic targeting doctors, orthopaedic surgeons, athletes & the general population.

Ideally would like the logo to have from top to bottom: (see the attachment to the link below)

1) As close to the exact "logo" as seen in the attachment without copy right infringements.
A wavy letter "E" with blue, white & grey.

2) The word "erina" in blue, (above & to the left) the word "sports" in blue (larger font & below the word erina), the word "medicine" in grey (next to the word Sports same size & font) , the word "centre" in blue (below the word medicine, the same font size as the word erina) See the example attached.
