New Business Team Training Concept Needs a Logo Design

We need a logo design for a new Team Training concept called ID-Energy Team Training. The Team Training is special as it addresses both the identity of the individual team members as the identity of the team as a whole, while focussing on a real-life team performance issue, which we call the team-theme of the training. The subtitle 'sharp - smart - simple' describes the quality of the training itself. A very well structured training concept, consisting of both individual (online coaching) sessions and collective team meetings. In 10 weeks time we lift the team to its next level of development, referring to a team task force, also resulting in individual growth.
Though 2 or 3 bright colors might be most powerful and practical, its difficult to indicate which colors to use for the design.
