Unique High-End Food Distribution Start-up Needs a Refreshing Logo

We need a logo and for a start-up food distribution company, named Pizzetta, which will be selling assorted styles of fresh and frozen miniature focaccia and pizzas. These products are well liked and loved by Italians and we want to bring them here to the US. The products are designed to be eaten in several bites and are crafted in the shape of discs about 3" in diameter with various toppings.

We would like to see logos and designs that invoke a modern, yet artesian old world feel and are not cliché to typical Italian products. We would like to see something that represents a high-end product with natural goodness, which is wholesome, fresh, fun, and versatile. Ingredients are of the best quality and are all natural. In addition, we only use olive oil in our process.
