Logo for Apartment Development Serving individuals over 55 years of age

We need a logo design for a new apartment community located in a busy, centrally located part of San Jose in California. The logo will be used on a leasing website, letterhead, all communications for leasing and to neighbors, and maybe some 'swag.'
