Development Sales and Events Company needs a Logo Design

Company name: Dragon Development Consultants (I've uploaded the Chinese name in the attached Word Doc, since they don't display in here)

Logo names: The logo will need to have a version with both Chinese characters for the name as well as the English name, and then an English-only version.

Office Locations: China and Thailand

Services Provided: Sales, Marketing and Events for new Real Estate Development Projects that sell medium to high-end investment properties.

Logo colors: The colors should be red, black and/or grey.

Logo style: We were thinking of the graphical icon in the logo like an abstract red dragon head (facing left) inside a black circle with a slim silver 3D lining around the outside of the circle. The wording would be all the same size in a bold red color with a dark grey or black lining, as we want the name to stand out more than just the graphical icon.
