Logo Design for social media networking website promoting diversity

Esto es lo que DrivingDiversity buscaba en su logo design

I am launching a professional/social media networking website called DrivingDiversity which raises awareness of Diversity topics that impact professional, education and social communities. The Diversity initiative targets gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, race and ethnicity.

I expect the majority of customers will be professional women aged 18-65 across all industries. This brand is designed to empower, support and promote those people under represented across the specified diversity groups. It will appeal to those looking to improve both their professional & personal lives.

I am looking for a logo that is professional, positive and has impact. I'm open to suggestions to the use of colors but again it must look professional. Dark/Navy blue is my initial instinct.
