1. Emulsify is a specialty food retailer offering a multitude of High Quality, Artisan Olive Oils from around the world, as well as flavored vinegar. It is an "experience" because customers are able to sample nearly all products prior to purchase.
2. The target market is an upscale "foodie" type. Both male and female clients alike. Most likely quite health conscious, into cooking and preparing meals.
