One of the primary target markets for the firm is the successful technology entrepreneur. This market appreciates independence, but wants highly trained and qualified professionals working on their behalf. The target market does not necessarily want to work with the prior generations'' advisor.

The Castle Hill brand needs to appear strong, trustworthy, innovative, current, not trendy, flexible, intelligent, entrepreneurial, reserved but not stuffy, sophisticated but cool. It should look less like a bank and more like an architecture or design firm, for example.
