Esto es lo que Market Rent Services buscaba en su logo design

I'm starting a new company called Market Rent Services. This is a real estate based company that targets apartment and multi unit property owners. We help them to raise the rents on their properties and get them to "market rate rents". We also offer to remodel and/or make improvements to the properties to help achieve maximum rents.

I need a strong logo that focuses on the words Market Rent. The word "Services" needs to be included but not as prominently. The goal of the company is not only real estate service but financial advice.

I like very clean lines, nothing frilly or extravagant. I'm thinking of burnt orange and gun metal grey as colors but am definitely open to other ideas and suggestions.
