My business name is Excellent Management Systems. I am a consult specialising in helping with companies:
-achieve & maintain compliance to the international ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard
-document & continuously improve their processes
-use LEAN tools and techniques to remove non-value adding activities.

LOGO
Organisations go through four phases of improvement, i.e. PLAN-ing DO-ing CHECK-ing ACT-ing. (Google PDCA or W Edwards Deming). At the end of the 4th phase, the company should have improved. My point of difference is ensuring that companies I work with will experience GROWTH or some other key indicator of improvement. I also want to develop long-term relationships.
I want a logo that can illustrate this and can be a talking point.
