Not too busy, but clearing stating Higher Ground and Farm Cafe
Transitional rural looking
Not old farm country looking
Focus more on design than lots of farm animals
Esthetically pleasing to the eye
Farm Cafe will be located in a wooded area overlooking the farm pastures
