Logo Design for Management Consulting Firm

I need a logo design for a new business venture. My Management Consulting Firm is called the "Rexhame Group". We provide Management Consulting services to government agencies, businesses, and other individuals or organization consulting services.

My company does a majority of its business with the Department of Defense financial management community.

I named the company "Rexhame Group" after a beach I grew up on as child in Marshfield MA. The name REXHAME is derived from the Latin "Rex" meaning king and the Scot "Hame" meaning home, thus arriving at "home of the king"

If possible I would like a logo that is sleek but incorporates one or all of the items listed above (beach/ocean/water, king, home). The final design should communicate some sort of forward movement, or change.
