I am a private therapist that provides confidential individual, couple and family counselling for a variety of personal, psychological and relationship issues. I also facilitate various treatment groups and educational seminars. My educational credentials include a bachelor's degree in social work, a master's degree in counselling psychology along with a variety of related certificates. I believe in the 'power of change' and that change is 'inspired by choice'.

My mission statement reads:
Taking Care Counselling & Consulting Ltd. provides holistic psychological counselling services that empower individuals to make positive, life changes. Inspiring people and communities to engage in self-care, take responsibility for change and makes change possible.
