Specialized Personal Fitness Consultant Needs a Business Logo

Esto es lo que Five More Fitness buscaba en su logo design

I need a logo design for my company 'Five More Fitness'. Right now I am a sole proprietor. "Five More" represents progression (towards ones health, wellness and fitness goals) and motivational encouragement. I got the name (as a suggestion from a client awhile ago) because I always say to my clients "five more" when they are doing an exercise (i.e. "you have five more" (left) or c'mon five more squats").

In a nut shell I offer/represent:
Training. Cardiac Rehabilitation. Fitness. Health & Wellness.
My specialty/niche is cardiac rehab. The logo may or may not have this in it.

I am looking for a clean, simple, modern design based on what I offer and my target audience (see below).
