We are looking for a complete redesign of the existing logo for cavanagh & associates. cavanagh & associates is a recruitment company based in New Zealand.

On the current design there is just words for the company name and the use of a beach imagery on all elements.

The beach scene relates to two elements.
1) Someone seeking a new job and is contemplating what they want career wise.. where to from here from for them?
2) Employer contemplating what they want / need staff wise. What type of role and person does the organisation need and want?

In the new design we are open to changing this and going for more a logo as opposed to just words and imagery. But the idea behind everything still remains the same in terms of contemplating your next move career wise and where to next.
