Law Firm Needs Finished Logo

I need someone to finish a previously started logo design project. I have attached a pdf/ai file containing the logo proofs provided by my previous designer. I absolutely love the T monogram; however, I hate the style of typography used for the firm's name. After several proofing rounds, my previous designer was never able to create a finished product that I liked. I'm hoping to marry the existing monogram with modern and sophisticated typography used to display my firm's name.

I'm a young lawyer who has built a reputation for taking on tough cases against big entities that are often represented by big law firms full of pretentious lawyers. So I want a logo that can adorn my letterhead with chic style while at the same time maintaining a sense of classical elegance so as to avoid giving off a nouveau riche vibe.
