We are launching a new festival of independent music in NYC. This festival will showcase many of the areas most exciting independent acts, providing fans with an opportunity to see their favorite local groups as well as being introduced to new bands all in one location over the course of a 3 day weekend. We would like a cool logo that communicates the spirit of a strong and high quality independent music scene, and excitement about the opportunity the festival presents to bands and fans

Dimension: Should be easily placed as a website header or as a logo that could be on a shirt or on a flyer etc.

Style: Looking for something legible, hip, modern, and original but not too corporate looking, because this supposed to represent independent music. Also if possible we would like to be able to use the words separately from the logo artwork depending on the use of the logo. So if they look good together and with just the words, that is a plus.
