We need a logo designed for our new brewery located in Pittsburgh. This company is in the early stages of development, and branding is key to success in this industry. Our company is named "Links Brewing Company". We want to target our beer toward the golfing community, hence the name Links. We have 2 directions in consideration for our branding concept: First...the grumpy, frustrated Scottish golfer that can't seem to hit the ball straight. Imagine a little guy with a white beard wearing knickers hacking away at a ball in the grass. Second...a more relaxed, laid back concept. Think Vineyard Vines meets the golfing world. The sun starting to set over the 18th hole as you are finishing up a long round of golf. A Links style golf course is a very specific type of course. Not many trees and typically near the water.
