Logo Design Project - Financial

Esto es lo que Shih Investments buscaba en su logo design

I have a small financial firm, with a small existing website and quarterly newsletters. I'd like to upgrade the logo in a way that it can be inserted into either. As you can see the current logo is low resolution so it looks blurry in the newsletter cover page.
