Riddlelove logo using only an "R"

Esto es lo que R buscaba en su logo design

I am looking for a minimalistic/hipster-ish logo for my blog, which is about an organic lifestyle. I need it in black/gray only and would like elements from a kitchen or healthy food object/s woven in to an "R"or around it. I am open to the "R" inside a shape.
